Lightbridge Academy, a leading early childhood education and child care franchise, has announced plans to open a new center in Centerville, Ohio. This development is part of a five-unit franchise agreement with franchisees Maulik (Max) Patel and Naimishkumar (Nick) Patel for Cincinnati, Ohio.
Craig Murray, Chief Development Officer of Lightbridge Academy, expressed excitement about the expansion. He highlighted the upcoming Mason, OH location set to open in early 2024 and the recent Purchase and Sale agreement executed in Centerville, OH. The company’s strategy involves leasing real estate sites at the corporate level before signing franchise owners, ensuring a swift launch for new centers. Within two months of the Patels’ agreement, a site was already under a Letter of Intent for their first center in Mason, OH.
