Lightbridge Academy, a leading early childhood education and child care franchise, has announced its expansion with a new lease in West Berlin, New Jersey. This move is a significant step towards their goal of establishing 150 centers by 2025.
The new lease was secured in collaboration with The Summit Group, a prominent multi-unit franchisee group. This group, comprising Nish Patel, Mitul Patel, Ina Patel, Jiju Alex, and Kal Patel, has been instrumental in the brand’s growth, with plans for 11 units and 6 centers already operational.
Craig Murray, Lightbridge Academy’s Chief Development Officer, expressed optimism about this development. He highlighted the brand’s proactive approach in leasing real estate at the corporate level before signing on franchise owners. This strategy not only expedites the expansion process but also ensures prime real estate locations.
The West Berlin center will feature Lightbridge Academy’s hallmark early educational programs and advanced technology. Noteworthy offerings include the ParentView® internet monitoring system, an e-Communication app, and state-of-the-art health and safety measures, such as air purification and facial recognition security systems.
